A drilling-fluid digital twin for well control
A multi-user, multi-language system for training and exams — with intelligent scenario, warning, and report detection.
Independent product · Hosted on Shahid Chamran University servers

Well control simulation, live on the web.
An online digital environment for well-control practice — not a static slide deck.
Drilling-fluid behavior is modeled as a digital twin inside a simulation world.
Operators act; the system responds, warns, and advances the scenario.

Drilling-fluid digital twin
At the core of Drilling Fluid Well Control Online Simulator is a live model of fluid behavior in a well-control simulation world.

Instead of static lessons, the system continuously models fluid state, pressure, and well responses inside the simulation.
Every trainee action affects the digital twin; the system responds instantly, raises warnings, and advances the scenario.
That twin is the foundation for training, exams, and precise performance reporting.
What it does
Five product pillars — not a noisy feature dump.
Digital twin
Drilling fluid in a simulated well world.
Well control scenarios
Controllable problem paths for realistic practice.
Live intelligence
Problem and warning detection during the run.
Training & exams
Two operating modes for learning and assessment.
Reports
Session outcomes generated by the system.
Built for training and for exams
One product, two clear jobs.
Training
Practice scenarios, learn responses, and work inside a controlled simulation space.
Exams
Assessment sessions under controlled conditions to measure well-control skill.
Scenarios, problem detection, warnings, reports
From situation setup to the session’s final output.
Scenario
The simulation state and problem path are defined.
Monitor
The system follows trainee actions and fluid state.
Detect & warn
Problems and warnings surface intelligently during the run.
Report
A simulation report is generated at the end of the session.

Multi-user · Multi-language
Multi-user
Multiple people can participate in the simulation context — suited to group training and classes.
Multi-language
The product UI and content support more than one language so training and exams are not locked to a single locale.
Product tour
A short walkthrough of the workspace, scenario flow, warnings, and report.
Real output from every simulation
Skill practice under controlled well-control pressure
Visible mistakes and warnings during the run
A viewable simulation report for the session
The live simulator is open now.
My responsibilities expanded as the project developed. I took ownership of additional technical areas, learned unfamiliar tools, and helped carry the system from its initial scope toward a broader implementation.
